Male lion with impala fawn

Description:
This male lion of the Rekero pride, inspite of having a full belly from the night's hunting, stole this impala fawn from the two jackals that had just killed it. The jackals, knowing they were out gunned, put up no resistance, but did quite a bit of complaining. (Bitings is a British term for hors d'oeuvres.)
