Composite of multiple images (15, I think) of mother osprey leaving the nest as her youngster returns...all part of her efforts to let it know it is time to become comfortable being on its own.
The Blank background is the natural result of low, cloud filtered light coupled with thick haze from summer wildfires.
The thin border was added by random clone stamps form the overall image.
