Description:
After a disappointing attempt at photographing sunset from the top of Mt Evans I headed down the mountain as the storm approached. Deciding to try my luck at catching some lightning, I stopped at the second switchback below the top and took several long exposures. All of a sudden the sun peeked through this very small opening in the clouds and I caught a flash of lightning at that very moment.
