Last year PS 2024 automatically downloaded to my iMac without my doing anything. this year PS 2025 did not download. Does anyone know why?

Does anyone have a phone # for Adobe so that I can talk to a human being? The website and virtual chat has been absolutely useless. Thank you.

Vicki. You should be able to open up your Adobe Creative Cloud app and download from there.

Vicki, mine downloaded 2025 but in LRC it was still pointing to 2024 so that is the version it opened even though 2025 was installed. If you look at your preferences in LRC, then look at where it show external editing make sure it gets changed to 2025, it will list it in the drop down box if it has been installed.

$19.99 is for a plan which includes 1 terabyte of online storage. You can get that kind of storage elsewhere for less. Hit Submit only once when posting or multiple emails get sent out with the same message.
