Adobe Camera Raw import into Photoshop problem

I have ACR 13.2 and Photoshop 22.3.1 (I think it updated last week)
I am noticing that when I click open in ACR to go into photoshop that the image opens in photoshop with a different appearance. The image looks "crispy" or over sharpened. Anyone else seeing this phenomena? I have the sliders under detail set to 0.
