Here is from my sister-in-law who is an advanced birder: Not a chickadee. Sorta looks like a house sparrow to me. the bi-colored bill is throwing me off, but could be a juve....would be nice to be able to see it's side or back. search around the internet under house sparrow... probably your guy

Yup, this is the non-breeding adult plumage of the House Sparrow.
