I’m curious if anyone in the club sells their images on a stock photography web site? If so, would you be willing to share the pros and cons? Has it been a successful experience? Can you recommend any web sites?

Hi Lois, I use Zenfolio for a lot of my work. You can upload your photos to your own website with Zenfolio and then send "invitations" to whoever you want to look at the photos. They can look at the photos and then order prints or whatever - very reasonably priced. You set your own prices for the prints. The prints are created by Mpix and the people who have bought prints from me have been very happy with what they got. You can see my website with Zenfolio at: http://cougarridge.zenfolio.com/ to get an idea of what a site is like. I am still working on it, but very pleased with the result and it sure is easy for me. I just have to process the photos, upload them and send the invites. They do the rest.
Also, if you say I referred you, we both get a discount/credit. You can have a 30 free trial too.
The website is www.zenfolio.com
Good luck,
