Account Information

Accounts for this website have three parts:

1. Basic account information includes membership status, mailing address, and how much of the mailing address is shown to other members.


2. User information includes login information, name, phone number, email address, and communication preferences. The User name and contact information is shown in the Membership Directory.

These two parts make it possible for multiple family members to have individual logins yet share the family membership.

When your account is first created, there is one user assigned. You may add additional users to the account at any time through your Manage Account page.

3. Photographer: Each person who submits images to a competition must have their own Photographer ID. The Photographer name is shown on the winning competition images.

Photographer IDs are associated with a particular User (login) account, and can be moved between User accounts within one Basic account.

Examples

Here are some examples of how this all works.

If there is just one member of the household, then there would be one User account for the Basic account, and one Photographer for that that User account.

Basic account:	Joe Smith
User account:	Joe Smith
Photographer:	Joe Smith

If there are two members of a household who share the same email address, then there would be one User account for the Basic account, and two Photographers for that one User account.

Basic account:	Jack & Jane Jones
User account:	Jack & Jane Jones
Photographers:	Jack Jones	Jane Jones

If there are two members of a household who have different email addresses, then there would be two User accounts for the Basic account, and one Photographer for each of the User accounts.

Basic account:	John & Mary Doe
User accounts:	John Doe	Mary Doe
Photographers:	John Doe	Mary Doe

If there are three members of a household who have two different email addresses, then there would be two User accounts for the Basic account, and three different Photographers.

Basic account:	Ma, Pa, & Tom Kettle
User accounts:	Ma & Pa Kettle		Tom Kettle
Photographers:	Ma Kettle	Pa Kettle	Tom Kettle
