Kenosha Pass was peak over the weekend. Generally it will peak a week or two ahead of the San Juans and many other areas around the state. I would say we are on track for a pretty normal year, but this is just one data point. Happy hunting.

Colors on McClure Pass were very nice on the east side and around Marble. I expected to see much the same on the west side and near Keebler Pass but it was still very green there and should be good for at least another week. Colors south of Ouray are spectacular now and may not last to next weekend. South of Silverton has lots of red colors down to the Purgatory ski area. I expect leaves to be dropping in mass later this week. I have not been to Dallas Divide or Owl Creek yet but they are not as far along from a distance. I will report more when I get to them. Sorry no Photos today.
